1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- Website means the website available at www.techlawyer.pl.
- User means any individual or entity accessing or using the Website.
- Electronic Services means services provided electronically through the Website, including the contact form, newsletter subscription and consultation booking functionality.
- Working Day means any day other than Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in Poland.

3. Electronic Services
The following Electronic Services are available through the Website free of charge:
- submitting enquiries through the contact form;
- subscribing to the newsletter;
- requesting or scheduling consultations;
- browsing publications and other Website content.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, use of the Electronic Services is free of charge.
The agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service is concluded when the User starts using the relevant functionality of the Website and terminates:
- for the contact form – upon responding to the enquiry or otherwise completing its handling;
- for the newsletter – upon unsubscribing by the User or discontinuation of the newsletter by TechLawyer;
- for consultation booking – upon completion, cancellation or rejection of the booking request.

In order to use the Website properly, the User should have:

- an active email account for communication regarding enquiries, newsletter subscriptions or consultation bookings.
TechLawyer does not guarantee compatibility with every hardware or software configuration used by the User.
5. User Obligations
Users agree to use the Website in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
In particular, Users shall not:

- submit content infringing the rights of third parties;
- transmit malicious software, viruses or harmful code;
